Version 1.1 released (NTSC support)

Mazin-GO! Pilder-ON!

Mazinger Z is now NTSC compatible!

We had to rework some code in the borders and panel, and the music player was tweaked to play at correct speed in NTSC mode Also, some minor bugs were fixed to improve overall experience.
